[★BREAKING] Third woman files charges against JYJ’s Yoochun for raping her

JYJ’s Yoochun has been accused of raping yet another woman, with the third person to come forward and file charges against him for rape.

PAST SUMMARY:

Earlier this week, actor and singer Park Yoochun was accused of raping a woman in a bathroom of an adult entertainment establishment. Soon after, netizens became disgusted over the fact that Yoochun went to an adult entertainment establishment in the first place, especially during his military service.

After this original accusation came to light, a long-time fan of Yoochun allegedly revealed his “secrets,” however they remain unconfirmed. As a result of the accusation of rape, netizens began to bring back his past actions as well.

The original sexual assault charges against Park Yoochun were recently dropped, shortly after the investigation into the charges began.

DISPATCH REVEAL:

According to Dispatch, Lee (the woman who first reported the alleged sexual assault) and C-JeS Entertainment‘s executive personnel met to resolve the issue multiple times during the time between the incident and when she filed an official complaint with law enforcement authorities. Lee reportedly approached C-JeS Entertainment for an apology and compensation for Yoochun’s actions, and the agency in turn wanted to stop the news from going to legal channels.

NEW INFORMATION (THIRD WOMAN)

It’s now come to light that a third woman has come forward and filed charges against Yoochun for allegedly raping her. The woman has submitted information to Seoul’s Gangnam police department and they are currently investigating the issue.

The woman has alleged that Yoochun raped her two years ago on June 12, 2014. This woman also accuses him of raping her in a washroom, revealing that a group went to Yoochun’s house for drinks after drinking at an “entertainment establishment” or bar. While at his house, she accuses Yoochun of raping her.
